Philosophy of Practice:   "Adoption is a loving, heart-rending choice. It is based on loss on all 3 parts of the adoption triad: Adoptees, BPs, & Adoptive families all have rights & responsibilities. Personal choice for all parties in the triad is essential."

Adoption Related Experience/Recent Training:   Worked for 9 years at Catholic Charities -- doing infant adoption placements, home studies, birth parent counseling for decision making & post-adoptive services.
